Do you offer transportation for stretchers?

No, we do not offer this service for now, but we will in the near future.

What are your standard hours of operation?

We offer transportation regularly Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with advance reservations. If you require transportation outside of our standard hours, there will be an additional per-trip fee.

How do you screen your staff?

Our drivers are screened before they are hired. This includes a criminal background check, drug screening, verification of driving records, and validation of professional references. Additionally, we make sure that our drivers take their physical at the doctor, and are generally in good shape.

Our staff members are professional, courteous, and dedicated to meeting all of your needs during transport. We will do what is needed to serve you respectfully and reliably, with your safety and comfort in mind.  All our drivers are required to be registered with the HCA and do a LiveScan. (DOJ/FBI verified)

How can I schedule a ride?

Book your ride by phone/text, fax, email, or through our online booking engine! If you have a last-minute request we’d advise you to call us.

How far in advance should I schedule transportation?

In order to serve you best, it is recommended that you make your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. If you have a last-minute need, please call us and we will try to accommodate your request. We are pretty flexible and will always try to accommodate.

Do you offer door-to-door service?

Yes.

Better yet, since our drivers are mostly actual caregivers, we offer full premium service to meet all of your needs. We can assist with patient transfers and moving people in wheelchairs up and downstairs.

Do let us know what level of care and help you need so we can assure you we send you the right driver/caregiver.

Is there a wait time?

We do everything we can to ensure that you are picked up in a timely manner. We do not want you to wait, in case we are delayed, we will call or text you.

Due to the fluctuation in appointment times, there could be a slight delay in pick-up for the return trip home, however, we plan as such that we will assure on-time pickup.

You may reserve a van or car to wait with you at an appointment. Waiting fees will apply.

I do not have a wheelchair. Can you provide one?

Yes we can.

Do you allow a companion?

Yes, we do, an extra fee may apply.

What type of vehicle do you use?

Ambulatory transport

  • We use ambulatory vehicles which are selected specifically for easy entry, these cars are stickered with our Complete Care at Home logo.
  • We also offer more discreet transportation to those willing to have us drive you around.

Wheelchair van

  • We use wheelchair/handicap conversion vans that are ADA-compliant.

Can you accommodate more than one wheelchair bound passenger?

We can accommodate 2 wheelchairs in one wheelchair van, but we generally do not stack rides together.

What area do you service?

Travel long distances, can you provide such service?

Yes we do provide long distance travel.  If the travel time is more than 12 hours, we will provide two drivers for additional assistance.
